Phase one complete: Removed inner fender liners, cut fenders and quarters to make room for oversize tires, removed lower portion of front and rear bumpers to increase approach angle, added 2" wheel spacers and mud terrain recap tires that are considerably taller than original.

Is there a large truck salvage yard nearby? Maybe you can get a deal on a turbo off a semi that’s bigger than the original engine.

Remove factory side mirrors, add some old school truck mirrors. If you can get some at a junk yard I bet they’d be like 5 bucks. I like the idea. Unfortunately, we’ve now nullified any horsepower gains because the forced induction system has doubled the weight of the car.

Snorkel or cowling induction. Brush guards and a belly pan(with an access hatch near the plug and filter, spoil yourself). All the lights! A roof rack, a roll cage, and a pop up tent top!

It really does. The Echo was perhaps one of the derpiest cars ever produced, and I actually don’t mind how it looks now. 

And I like that name too!
